Return Policy: Asset Recovery Protocol
This document outlines the protocol for asset recovery in the event of a damaged shipment. All other sales are considered final and non-negotiable.
1. Finality of Sale: A Binding Agreement
Once an order is placed, the transaction is considered a binding agreement. Due to the highly curated and custom nature of each framed print, we do not accept returns on any undamaged product. Each piece is an asset in our inventory, and its allocation is final once an order is confirmed.
2. Protocol for Damaged Assets: Immediate Action
In the event your prints arrive damaged in transit, you must initiate the following protocol for a replacement:

Accept Delivery: Do not refuse delivery. Refusing the package will cause a delay in processing your claim as the asset must be returned to our facility before a replacement can be dispatched.

Document the Damage: Immediately upon receipt, secure photographic evidence. Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged packaging and the prints themselves. This documentation is critical for a successful asset recovery mission.

Liaise with Command: Transmit these photos to our customer service team via email as soon as possible. Providing this documentation will help us swiftly assess the damage and authorize a replacement to be sent out.
3. Mission Success: Our Commitment
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to a quick and efficient resolution of any issues to ensure the success of your mission to acquire a piece of our curated collection. We will process and ship a replacement as soon as the damaged asset protocol has been successfully completed.
