Shipping Policy: Logistics & Transport 🚚

This document outlines the operational procedures for all logistics and transport. All orders are subject to the following terms. Your compliance ensures a swift and secure delivery of your mission-critical assets.


 

1. Fulfillment Partner: Command of Logistics

All missions—from order placement to final delivery—are executed in partnership with Whitewall, a trusted and highly-regarded command in the field of fine art printing and fulfillment. This partnership ensures that each print is crafted and shipped with the highest standards of quality and precision.


 

2. Operational Time: Production & Dispatch

Every print is a custom-made asset. Once your order is received and verified, it will enter the production pipeline.

  • Standard Production: Please allow 3-5 business days for the creation of your print.

  • Dispatch: Once your asset has undergone a final quality control inspection, it will be dispatched. You will receive a notification with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its movement.


 

3. Shipping Procedures: Mission Parameters

  • Destinations: We are equipped to ship to the United States and international locations.

  • Shipping Costs: Logistics fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the size of the print and the destination.

  • Secure Packaging: All prints are meticulously packed to withstand the rigors of transport. This is a non-negotiable part of our operational procedure to ensure your asset arrives in pristine condition.


 

4. Damaged Goods: Protocol for Casualty

In the unlikely event that your framed print arrives damaged in transit, this will be classified as a casualty. You must follow this protocol for a resolution:

  • Immediate Action: Document the damage with clear photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging.

  • Report: Contact our command center (customer service) within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

  • Standby: Do not discard the item or its packaging. We will provide you with further instructions for a replacement or a refund.
